Together, we'll look at key areas such as nutrition, movement, stress and what’s going on in your body to get to the root of your health concerns and make real changes to help you feel better.

As a qualified health practitioner, I support people with a wide range of health concerns. Sometimes symptoms can feel confusing or random, but there’s usually a deeper reason behind them. I take a holistic approach to health coaching, looking at how things like diet, stress, movement and lifestyle habits may be playing a role in ways you might not expect.
